As founder and executive partner of Proxora GmbH, Jan Tchinitchian has many years of experience in management of complex IT projects. As Compliance pioneer, he was instrumental in the effective implementation of compliance-related processes and IT solutions for Siemens and other customers. This was very successful: The US Department of Justice described it as a “new state-of-the-art system” as well as a “high standard for multinational companies to follow”. Before founding the company in 2001, he worked as a project manager at KPMG Consulting.

Jan Tchinitchian holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Karlsruhe.

Wolfgang Sprung has been general manager of Proxora GmbH since 2005 and has many years of experience in the management of complex IT projects. He contributed immensely to the conception and implementation of today’s Proxora Compliance Platform. As a project manager, he has also been responsible for numerous product launches and rollouts in large international companies.

 

Wolfgang Sprung holds a degree in computer science from the Technical University of Munich.

Stephan Fabrizek

CIO, Head of IT & Information Security Officer

 

As CIO, Stephan Fabrizek is responsible for the operational and strategic direction of the IT infrastructure. In the function of Information Security Officer, he has established and implemented an ISO 27001 certified information security management system. As a project manager, Stephan Fabrizek has been responsible for numerous product launches and rollouts in large international companies in the past and is the first point of contact for topics such as master data and role management.
Other topics in his area of responsibility include data protection and open source software compliance.

Stephan Fabrizek holds a degree in computer science with a minor in economics from the Technical University of Munich.

As an employee of the first hour of compliance, Andreas Hascher was part of the team that created the first critical compliance solutions to deal with corruption scandals. As project and requirements manager he supports customer projects, but is mainly responsible for the continuous development of the PROXORA platform in the role as product manager. As part of the management team, he is also taking care of the topics of organizational development and marketing.

Andreas Hascher holds a degree in computer science with a minor in media & design from the University of Passau.
